1. Terms and Conditions of Delivery
Oppiko Oy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions unilaterally without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions valid and accepted at the time of purchase, as stated on the Delivery and Ordering Terms page of the oppiko.fi/store online shop. These terms and conditions are valid from June 1, 2026.

Oppiko Oy’s online store is a safe and convenient way to purchase high-quality educational materials and training courses offered by Oppiko Oy.
These terms and conditions apply to online training courses (which we provide worldwide) and orders of physical products (which we deliver within the European Union). In other cases, or if you have any questions, please contact us at info@oppiko.fi.
3. Ordering
Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart, providing the required customer information, and paying for the contents of the cart through the online payment service. Prices include VAT as required by applicable legislation. All customer information is treated confidentially. By placing an order through the online store, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the applicable delivery and ordering terms and conditions.
4. Payment and Payment Methods
Payment methods provided by Paytrail are available in the online store.

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized payment institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website where the payment was made.

Other Terms
Product prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include the applicable VAT. If you make a purchase from a country that does not use the euro, the final amount charged will depend on the current exchange rate and any currency conversion rate used by the payment provider.
We reserve the right to correct and revise prices in the event of technical or human errors. We also reserve the right not to fulfill an order if a pricing error has occurred in the product information (for example, if a product has no listed price).
5. Order and Payment Confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will immediately send an order confirmation by email (if an email address has been provided). The confirmation will include your order details (applies to online store purchases). Please always review the contents of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save your order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service later, as the order number will help us process your request more efficiently. Please also verify that the contents of the shipment match the products listed in the order confirmation.

6. Delivery Methods and Shipping Costs
Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs. Available delivery methods depend on the contents and total weight of the shopping cart. At checkout, you can choose the delivery option that best suits your needs, and the exact shipping cost will be displayed alongside the available options. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs for unclaimed orders.
7. Delivery Time
Our typical delivery times vary depending on the order and delivery method selected. Products in stock are usually shipped as quickly as possible, generally within 1–3 business days of the order.
Any exceptions to estimated delivery times are normally indicated if the shopping cart contains products that are out of stock. We will also notify you of any delays as soon as possible after your order has been placed.
When ordering a training course, you will immediately receive a link both on the order confirmation page and via the email address you provided. This link allows you to log in to the learning platform.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damages resulting from such delays. Force majeure refers to unforeseen circumstances or conditions beyond Oppiko Oy’s reasonable control and which cannot reasonably be resolved. Oppiko Oy will provide information about exceptional delivery times on its website as accurately as possible.
8. Right of Return and Exchange
Our products are covered by a 14-day return policy. If you are dissatisfied with a product and wish to return it, or if you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at info@oppiko.fi.
Any defective products will be replaced by Oppiko Oy with an equivalent new product, and Oppiko Oy will cover the shipping costs associated with the replacement. Returned products must be completely unused and carefully packed in their original packaging for return shipment.
Refunds (covering the product price only and excluding shipping costs) will be issued using the payment method originally selected. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs for unclaimed orders. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The right of return and exchange does not apply to downloadable products (no right of return after the product link or email has been delivered) or training courses (registration fees are non-refundable). Any other exceptions to the 14-day return policy will be stated on the relevant product pages.
9. Problems and Damaged Deliveries
If a product is lost or damaged during transportation, or if it otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must notify us in writing within 14 days using the contact details provided in the Right of Return and Exchange section.
If the package is visibly damaged during transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the carrier responsible for the selected delivery method.
10. Order Cancellation, Liability for Defects and Complaints
An order may be cancelled before shipment by sending a written cancellation notice via email.
The online store is liable for defects in products in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In the event of a complaint, please contact our customer service at info@oppiko.fi.
Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation.
