Our products have a 14-day return policy.
If you are unsatisfied with a product and wish to return it, or if you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at info@oppiko.fi.
Oppiko Oy will replace any defective products with a new equivalent product and cover the shipping costs resulting from the exchange. The returned product must always be completely unused and carefully packed for shipment in its original packaging.
The refund (the price of the product(s), excluding shipping fees) will be issued to the customer, depending on the chosen payment method.
We charge a shipping fee for uncollected orders. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
The exchange and return policy does not apply to downloadable products (no right of return after the product link/email has been delivered) or to training courses (the booking fee is non-refundable).
Any exceptions to the 14-day return policy will also be stated on the specific product pages.
