The training combines understanding with practical applications. You will not only learn what causes neuropsychiatric challenges – but above that, what can be done about them in everyday life. In addition, you gain the competence to work as a neuropsychiatric coach, as an entrepreneur or as part of your own profession.
The training also focuses on broad well-being skills and highlights their importance from both the client’s and the professional’s perspective.

Education professionals
You gain tools for situations where a student’s everyday life is not functioning smoothly or learning is not progressing as expected. You will learn to understand the background of neuropsychiatric challenges, the role of them behind the visible behavior, and apply effective methods in everyday practice.
Duration: approx. 7 months (see the course page for more exact dates)
Scope: Equivalent to approximately 30 ECTS credits

Study flexibly at your own pace
The materials are available to you throughout the duration of the training.
Hands-on learning throughout the training
You will engage with relevant professional literature, complete interim assignments, and participate in two coaching practice sessions. Throughout the training, you will receive feedback from the trainers on your work.
Collaborative learning and support
During the online sessions, you will regularly work in small groups. In addition, you can take part in “Ask & discuss” coaching sessions.

The training is suitable for all adults who are interested in neurodivergent traits and want to learn about them in a comprehensive and in-depth way. There are no formal prerequisite requirements – previous academic study experience may speed up progress in the training, but it is not required in order to complete the course.
Our training is specifically designed to fit as well as possible into the everyday life of working professionals. The evening sessions (2 hours, every 2–3 weeks, in the evening) are the only part of the training that requires live attendance. All other studying takes place on the Claned platform, where you can study at your own pace, whenever it suits you.
Attendance at the online sessions is important, but individual absences can be made up through compensatory assignments and by watching the recorded session videos.
After completing all parts of the training, you will receive a certificate of completion as well as a competence to work as a solution-focused neuropsychiatric coach.
For international customers, a variety of instalment options is provided at the check-out by Klarna (for customers in countries currency Euro) and Walley (for customers in Sweden, Norway and Denmark).
It is, naturally, possible for several participants from the same organization to sign-up in the training. If you wish, we can also place you in your own small group within the training.
